EXHIBIT & VENDOR SPACE CONTRACT

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The exhibitor or vendor agrees to abide by all rules and regulations by Canad Day Mela & Truck Show Inc. and Canada Day Mela & Truck Show Inc. shall have the final decision in adopting any rule or regulation prior to, during and after the show.
2. The exhibitor or vendor agrees to arrive and leave the facility in between designated time slots. The exhibitor or vendor will be subjected to fine or cancellation of contract in case of late arrivals or departure from facility and exhibitor or vendor will be liable for any damages to facility by their officials or equipment.
3. The exhibitor or vendor agrees to obey non-smoking and no alcohol regulations by facility. Exhibitor or vendor will be responsible for his/her employee/agents as well.
4.  The exhibitor and vendors will not do anything directly or indirectly connected with their display or service which might be a violation of any laws, bylaws, ordinances or regulations of any government or regulatory body.
5. The exhibitor or vendor agrees to abide by all the rules and regulations by the Ontario Occupational Health and Safety Act. The exhibitor or vendor agrees to obtain, at its own expense, any required licenses or permits from concerned legal bodies or departments.
6. The exhibitor or vendor can only exhibit/sell the products/services mentioned in contract at allotted area in the show. The exhibitor or vendor cannot provide the space to third party.
7. The exhibitor or vendor understands that display and equipment has be removed from the show site by the final move-out time limit and the exhibitor or vendor agrees to pay for such additional cost in case of failure.
8. Canada Day Mela & Truck Show Inc. reserves all rights to reject, prohibit and relocate the exhibitor and vendor under any circumstances.
9. The ex ibitor or vendor shall not make any claim or demand or take any legal action, whatsoever, against Canada Day Mela & Truck Show Inc., the show sponsors or the facility in which the slie is held, for any loss, damage, personal injuries, death, property damages or any other damage.
10. In case of show cancellation due to any reason, Canada Day Mela and Truck Show Inc. and sponsors will not be responsible for any loss of business, loss of profits, damage or expense of whatever nature that the exhi8itor or vendor may suffer.
11. The exhibitor or vendor is liable and solely responsible for any loss, damage, personal injuries, death, property damages or any other damage to attendees, exhibitors, audience or any person caused due to exhibitor or vendor equipment and officials.
12. All deposits received up to the date of notice of caneellation are non-refundable and Space will be reserved after 100% payment only.
